CK Nature Play maintains a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) credential — the national standard for playground safety knowledge established by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).
Our CPSI credential informs every stage of our work: fall height awareness, impact attenuation selection, equipment spacing, hazard identification, ADA pathway compliance, and post-installation safety review.
We believe that risk-free play is not truly safe play. Children develop confidence, coordination, and resilience by navigating real physical challenges — uneven terrain, heights that require judgment, surfaces that respond to their movement.
Our responsibility is not to remove challenge. It is to build challenge with care — ensuring that every element meets established safety standards, that fall zones are correctly sized, that surfacing attenuates impact appropriately, and that the environment invites exploration without hidden hazards.
